A well-oiled machine in place with regards to joining process and communication. The timetable has a lot of variety with 6pm and extra Saturday morning classes bringing me back to the studio. I have always enjoyed reformer classes and they continue to be great.

I Love Pilates at PHYZ X. No class is ever the same. There’s no competition to be the best. No one worries what anyone else can or can’t do. If you can’t do an exercise because of injury or ailment the instructors adjust your exercise for you to have the same effect. It’s a complete body workout in a very supportive environment that anyone can do. I can’t recommend it enough.
